Co-Founder & Director Guru Prasad Dhar
Technology

With over 20 years of hands-on technology experience across IT/ITES, Public Services, Hospitality, Travel and Ports: Guru brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, open-source technologies, and AWS cloud frameworks. He has architected and led complex end-to-end implementations across the US, UK and India.

A Computer Science engineer at heart, Guru spent formative years at Accenture and TCS: developing complete enterprise systems using Oracle Applications (Finance, SCM, HRMS, EAM) and leading programme management for multi-geography rollouts.

Sudhansu brings over 25 years of leadership in IT Strategy, IT Governance, Portfolio Planning, and ERP implementations across some of the most complex enterprise environments spanning Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Transportation, BPO/ITES, Manufacturing, FMCG and Textiles.

He has charted digital transformation roadmaps for multinationals, led Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft implementations, and built high-performance cross-functional teams with a proven ability to rally people behind a focused, results-oriented mission.
